Pre-ballet/Ballet I with Caela (5-7 years old)

This class will focus mainly on starting to understand the core and how it works. Teaching arms in 1st, 2nd and 5th. Demi and grande plies will be taught in 1st, 2nd and 5th. Tendus, releves, arabesques, battements and ronde de jambe will be taught. Port de bra front and both sides will be introduced. Center work will consist of chaines, jumps in 1st, 2nd and 5th. We will also introduce pique turns, leap developpe and grande.
